We aim to leverage our skill sets, domain expertise and relationship network to identify, evaluate and execute attractive equity & quasi-equity investment proposals, closely monitor the investee’s business throughout the investment life cycle while providing the management of the investee with regular support in optimizing their capital management framework as well as strategic inputs to adhere to an agreed upon growth roadmap and finally, plan & implement a profitable and timely exit either through an IPO and/or a secondary sale.
